As the only headquarters in Latin America, Exness Uruguay is home to employees of various nationalities from across the region. With the goal of encouraging greater interaction among team members, the brand proposed the creation of "Exness LATAM Week", a week filled with different integration activities for its employees.
The event's art direction involved both the design and visual supervision of the event's identity, as well as the setup of the space designated for the workshops and the food fair. A functional and festive aesthetic was proposed, based on the construction of scaffold-based structures used for dining areas and stands.
